Alkalife pH Balance is a proprietary blend of potassium bicarbonate and sodium bicarbonate in a tablet form with a time-release compound that delivers bicarbonates into the bloodstream, assisting the body in maintaining desirable pH levels. Developed in 1993 by scientist and inventor Sang Whang, Alkalife pH Balance is the first and only pH balance tablet granted a U.S. patent (No. 5,914,130).
Each tablet is enteric-coated to prevent it from dissolving in the stomach where it would be damaged by stomach acid. Instead, it dissolves slowly in the intestine to allow for maximum absorption of bicarbonate into the bloodstream. Bicarbonate levels greatly reduce as we get older, which is why we have greater occurrence of degenerative conditions after age 45. Thus, it becomes even more important to maintain balanced pH levels as you age.
3 Tablets Per Day
Recommended use for adults is to take one tablet three times daily with water, preferably with a meal.
