The Benefits of Sighing
Share
Did you know ‘sighing’ is therapeutic? It just helps release the tension that we may have in our bodies. It can help lower heart rate, blood pressure, and improve our moods. It can also improve your breathing and bring more oxygen in to the brain increasing cognition and alertness. I sigh a lot these days so I should be all kinds of healthy. Unfortunately, I don’t think I can sigh enough to reduce the stress of always being alone. I try to make light of it as much as possible and it is truly amazing that I haven’t gone crazy yet. I think it is understanding that I need to deal with my emotions that has benefited me. Thank you again for being my therapist.
There is a light at the end of the tunnel, I’m just not quite ready to tell all just yet. People will just have to wait to find out the exciting plans I have for moving forward. I can’t say anything until the beginning of September, so you’ll just have to come back to find out what it is.
As for today, my mom came in and made a purchase so that was very helpful as there are always bills to pay. I will find out later if the Dickies outfit I made needs to be modified. There will be a learning curve on this one but that’s ok. Otherwise, I will keep working towards the next stage (still not telling you, yet) of what I will be doing. Just know that there is lots of paperwork and background work that needs to be done to make it happen.
I am hopeful, always hopeful, that more people will come in and it will be a good day. I have put out a request with friends to go get some Hawaiian Ice this weekend. If you’ve never had a proper Hawaiian Ice with the ice, ice cream, flavoring, and sweetened condensed milk, you need to go have one. They’re pretty amazing. Lastly, I just have a boat load of paperwork and cleaning to do.
Hope you have a most amazing day!
Until Next Time,
Have a Healthy Day
