Well, that was a relaxing weekend!

Susan Cwik

Well, that was a relaxing weekend! Dinner Friday night with a walk down the Riverwalk, Saturday at the store, then some sewing, a farmer’s market, sunset with dolphin at the beach with some late night stargazing, then on Sunday a 17 mile bike ride on Jekyll Island with a couple more walks on the beach. That’s all, just a relaxing weekend in Savannah, GA.

Now, I’m back at the store, refreshed and ready to convince people to walk through the door. If they spend money it’s a bonus.

I think I was supposed to write something about the brain but am now not remembering what I was thinking earlier this morning. Sigh! I guess that’s what I get for not carrying around a notebook all the time. Just hard to do when most of my good thoughts take place in the shower. I really need to install a whiteboard in there ‘cause even if I were taking supplements for my brain, it’s not going to help. There are just times when we can’t remember things. Ever walk into a room to go get something and then, all of a sudden, you can’t remember what it was? So, then, you must backtrack and hope that it will come back to you? This is one of those moments.

I guess since we are talking about the brain, and memory, we could elaborate on some supplements for brain support.

Vitamins B6 & B12: essential for brain function*

L-Theanine: supports mental focus and reduced stress*

Bacopa: provides neuroprotection, promotes memory & supports learning*

Ginkgo Biloba: promotes healthy neural blood flow & nerve function*

Vinpocetine: promotes memory, blood circulation, & oxygen delivery*

HuperzineA: supports healthy neurotransmitter levels for mental performance*

There you go! The cliff notes of natural products that may help support the brain.

*This is for educational purposes only. As it has not been validated by the FDA (‘cause they know so much), it is not to help prevent, cure, treat, or prevent any disease. You must say this very quickly because it’s more fun and must be stated for liability reasons only.

Once again, see! I know things! Now to just get the word out and more people will come in and I can share the plethora of knowledge that exists in my brain waiting to get out. (“Let me out! Let me out! Let me out!”)

With that in mind, if you are so fortunate to read this, please (pretty please), LIKE, SHARE, COMMENT, just do all the things to get more people to see me, and read about what I have to offer.

Until next time,

                Have a Healthy Day!!
